As Lead Creative Strategist at Quicken, my role has been to build creative pipelines, support marketing initiatives, optimize targeted marketing efforts, and identify clear paths to virality in paid channels.

That means streamlined processes, unique concepts, channel-native approaches, and standing-out in ways Quicken has never been noticed before. Within 6 months of my time at Quicken, Performance Creative more than tripled deliverables output, discovered multiple creative formulas that resulted in multi-million view counts, and celebrated massive CAC reductions across channels.

Viral UGC direction—By instructing outside agencies to optimize visual hook strategy, I found big wins for Quicken. The brief was to leverage emotion, odd objects, and unexpected prompts, the result has been viral success with UGC to the tune of millions of views on multiple videos. The above ad achieved over 4M hits.

Creative Strategy and management of outside agencies—Quicken saw massive CPA reduction on top performing ads through trend-driven channel-native creative that aligns with the desires of Quicken’s core audiences. That means aspirational travel imagery, net-worth discussions, financial forecasting demos, and focused messaging dialed in to affluent finance-savy audiences.

The team manages to create top performing ad concepts across channels with great success, often outperforming the work of multiple contracted agencies.

Harnessing a high-yield production method I established, Quicken can now quickly test messaging across funnel stages, audience segmentation, and product categories to find wins and top-performers. By utilizing an abundance of statics ads, I lead quicken to maximize against budget constraints while expanding test capabilities for paid creative.
