Case Study: Stytch
My role: Performance Creative
Role description: Creative strategy & design
Contract based
Ad Designs for Stytch
Stytch (now owned by Twilio) touts one integration for authentication, authorization, and security, making your app enterprise-ready and AI agent-ready.
But getting the word out to engineering teams required scaling up creative efforts so that Stytch could reach them.
I provided weekly creative support to the Stytch team including creative strategy, ad design, video production, print design, and more.

Stytch makes it much easier for teams to access enterprise auth features.
Getting the teams to try Stytch out was the biggest hurdle.
The goal: scheduled demos
The solution: Iterative creative tests with incentives targeted to decision makers on Meta and LinkedIn
The result: A pause on top performing ads when they worked too well and Stytch ran out of free Nintendo switch systems to giveaway to prospective customers.
Through iterative testing, ongoing performance creative support for Stytch discovered clear winners like testimonials, lo-fidelity screenshots, in-context mocks (billboards, books, etc), and comparison ads.

When Stytch had specific builders in mind to target, they leveraged real-world gift boxes that included Lego build kits that looked like the developers. I supplied post card designs to unify and brand the experience.
